wHAT IS Z3?

The Z3 Conference is a one-day event for the Jewish community, fostering dialogue between American Jewry and Israel. For nearly a decade, it has facilitated discussions on complex topics, featuring keynote speakers, workshops, and engaging activities. Now, the MARJCC is bringing the Z3 Conference to South Florida, aiming to connect our multicultural community with Israel and explore contemporary Jewish identity.

GIL TROY
Professor, Distinguished Scholar of North American History at McGill University

Gil Troy is a historian and author of books like The Essential Guide to October 7th and The Zionist Ideas.
He writes on Zionism and American history and has contributed to The Jerusalem Post, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.

Host of The Rubin Report and Founder of Locals.com

Dave Rubin is a bestselling author, comedian, and host of The Rubin Report, with over 2 billion views. He founded Locals.com, sold it to Rumble in 2021, and continues to perform and engage with political topics worldwide.

DAVID BLUMBERG
Founder of Blumberg Capital

David founded Blumberg Capital in 1991, serving as managing partner of the early-stage VC firm behind companies like Addepar, Braze, and Nutanix. Previously, he managed investments at Bronfman Family Office, APAX, and T. Rowe Price. A Harvard and Stanford graduate, he speaks multiple languages, including French and Spanish.

DAVID BROG
Executive Director of the Maccabee Task Force

David Brog is executive director of the Maccabee Task Force, which combats anti-Semitism on U.S. college campuses. Previously, he led Christians United for Israel, growing it to over six million members. Brog has also worked as chief of staff to Senator Arlen Specter. He’s the author of several books, including Reclaiming Israel’s History, and holds degrees from Princeton and Harvard.

DR. AZRI AMRAM
Anthropologist

Dr. Azri Amram, a lecturer and researcher at UCSC, specializes in food’s social and political dimensions, focusing on Jewish-Palestinian relations in Israel. He holds a PhD from Ben Gurion University, a Master’s from Tel Aviv University, and has advised Israel’s Economy and Energy Ministries.

GABRIEL GROISMAN
Podcast Host, Jewish Community Leader, Former Mayor of Bal Harbour, and Partner at LSN Partners

Gabriel Groisman is the host of Standpoint with Gabe Groisman, a political podcast with leaders and officials on global issues. A former Mayor of Bal Harbour and Jewish community leader, he advocates against antisemitism and for U.S.-Israel ties. Groisman is also an attorney and government affairs consultant.

EFRAT LACHTER
Investigative Journalist and a War Correspondent

Efrat Lachter is an investigative journalist and war correspondent for Fox News Digital, specializing in global conflict reporting. She has directed and produced over 200 documentary segments across 40+ countries for Israel’s Channel 12 and directed a full-length documentary. A recipient of the 2022 Shimon Peres Center for Peace Award, she is also a 2023-24 Knight-Wallace Journalism Fellow at the University of Michigan.
