What We Offer
The MARJCC is your place to gather old friends, meet new friends, and have fun. The Adult Services Department at the J promotes Jewish cultural heritage and values by providing social, cultural, educational and recreational programs. Programming is offered Monday – Friday and includes lectures, specialty group exercise classes, Jewish education and study, Jewish history, book club and book reviews, card games, arts and crafts, wellness and nutrition education, ceramics, painting, day trips, holiday celebrations, and volunteer opportunities.

Jewish Book Review
Meet fellow book lovers! Connect with people who share the same interests. Join local educators and authors at our complimentary book reviews presented “during the season” on alternating weeks.
Holiday Celebrations
Join us for holiday celebrations throughout the year featuring music, dancing, entertainment, and lunch. Events include Apples and Honey Volunteer Appreciation Brunch, Chanukah Party, Purim Celebration, and more!
Seniors on the Go
Explore our vibrant city and everything it has to offer on organized day trips to local areas of interest, including museums, botanical gardens, and shopping destinations.
The Quality of Life Senior Wellness Program (TQOL)
The J is your place to get fit and have fun. Our fitness options and educational programs can enhance your quality of life. This complimentary service is available to all qualifying year-round Miami-Dade residents age 60+.
Weekly Thursday Shopper’s Transportation Services
Enjoy complimentary transportation to the grocery store one day per week. Our services include round trip door-to-door transportation from your home to Publix at Skylake Mall. Seating is first-come, first-served.
Kosher Meal Delivery Service
Enjoy delicious Kosher meals delivered to your home. Each meal consists of one-third of the daily nutritional requirements for adults. Available to adults age 60+.
In-House Intake Counselor
Take good care of your mind and body. MARJCC’s Intake Counselor can assess your physical and emotional needs and assist in locating community resources that may help. This is a complimentary service.
